The cross site sharing feature allows users to share information from one list to another, throughout the entire DHQ site collection. Users can share announcements, roll call, policies, bulletins and more.

 To include the sites to the list you wish to share
1. To share the document with other sites , browse to the list .
2. Upload a new document. 



3. Now, when you click ok, the landing page allows you to choose the sites you wish to share the item.
