Cannot send emails from Outlook or another email client
Some ISPs block the standard outgoing SMTP port for security reasons. As a result, the default port is not accessible for your email client, i.e. Outlook, to send emails. Delphi's servers are setup with an alternate port for sending emails. Modify your email account settings in Outlook or your preferred email client and change the outgoing SMTP port from 25 to 2525.

Updating Outlook 2003/2007
  1. Go to Tools menu then Account Settings.
  2. Click on your account then click Change.
  3. Click More Settings.
  4. Click Advanced tab then change the Outgoing Server (SMTP) from 25 to 2525.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Click Next then Finished.
  7. Click Close.
