To set up a mail account using Microsoft Outlook, please follow these steps:

1. Open Outlook.
2. Click Tools on the main menu and then click Account Settings.
3. Click New and choose Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP or HTTP from the options.
4. Choose Manually Configure server settings or additional server types on Auto Account Setup.
5. In the Internet Email settings window, enter the Following Information.
   1. Account Type: POP3
   2. Enter your name and email address
   3. Incoming mail server: mail.yourdomainname.com
   4. Outgoing mail server (SMTP): mail.yourdomainname.com  
   5. Enter your username which is your email address and password
   6. Click More Settings and select Outgoing Server
   7. Choose My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication and Use Same Settings.
   8. Click OK
6. Click Next then you're finished!
