You will require administrative access to your domain's email accounts. Contact support, web@delphi-ts.com, to determine whose account has proper permissions.

Step 1: Go to your mail server, normally http://mail.domainname.com/ and login with your email address and password.

Step 2: Hover on "Domain Settings" dropdown on the top menu and click "Domain Spam Filtering".

Step 3: Click "Trusted Senders" tab.

Step 4: Add the Trusted Senders email.

Step 5: Then Click "Save" on the top.

In Step 4, you may also add the domain name (the part after the @) to allow all emails from that domain to ignore spam filtering. We do not recommend adding the domains for free email services like gmail.com, hotmail.com, yahoo.com and others.
